Refund Policy

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, invoices and refunds for Atlandrak.

Storage plans

• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan.
• You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you keep your plan until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.
• When a plan ends, your files stay safe, but you can't upload more until you're under the free 5 GB limit.

How to ask for a refund

Write to atlandrak@gmail.com with the email of your Atlandrak account and the date of the payment, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
