Atlandrak is owned and operated by Adrián Osvaldo Mariño Gutierrez, an individual based in the Philippines ("Atlandrak", "we", "us"). By using Atlandrak you agree to these terms and to our Policies and Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens in your Atlandrak account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to use online services under the laws where you live.

Your content

You own what you upload and create. You give us permission to store, process and show it to you and to the people you choose to share it with, only to run Atlandrak. Content that breaks our Policies can be removed.

Paid features

Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries about payments and returns. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Storage plans renew every month until you cancel.

Availability

Atlandrak is in early development and provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. Keep your own copies of important files.

Ending your account

You can stop using Atlandrak at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are listed on the Updates page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
