Account and Data Deletion

Effective date: October 29, 2026

You can delete individual items or your entire Atlandrak account at any time, free of charge. This page explains how, what is deleted and when, as required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, the GDPR and other privacy laws.

Delete individual things

Files: move them to the trash in Vault; empty the trash to delete them immediately, or they are deleted after 30 days.
Posts, photos, stories and comments: open the menu (⋯) and choose Delete.
Reactions, saves, follows and other activity: open Settings → My activity on your dashboard, select items and delete them. Deleting a reaction or comment there removes it from the post too.
Profile details: edit your profile and clear any field.

Delete your account

Sign in and open Account → Delete account.
Read what will be deleted. If you have an active paid plan, cancel it first so you aren't charged again.
Type your email address to confirm and choose Delete my account.

You are signed out of every device immediately. Your profile, posts and other content stop being visible right away.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, username, profile and cover photos.
Every file in Vault, including the trash.
Your posts, photos, albums, stories, comments, reactions, saves, connections, follows, notifications and activity history.
Groups where you are the only admin are deleted with their posts; in groups with other admins, the group stays and your posts are deleted.
Pages you own, your Shop listings and their messages.
Your dashboard settings, cards, notes, habits and other preferences.

When it is deleted

Content is removed from Atlandrak immediately and erased from our active systems within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 7 days. Files are erased from our storage provider within the same period.

What we keep and why

Payment and tax records kept by Paddle and by us for as long as tax law requires.
Records of serious violations (for example, child safety reports) as required by law, and minimal information to stop banned people from returning.
Messages other people received from you in their own conversations, and content others re-shared, may remain visible to them without your name.
Information under a legal hold, for as long as the legal obligation applies.

Before you delete

Download anything you want to keep from Vault. Deletion can't be undone, and your username becomes available to others after 30 days.

If you no longer have access to your account, use the contact form (topic "Privacy and my data"). We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything.
